What is AO House in Chamonix?
AO House is a concept of exceptional hotel chalets and accommodations located in the Chamonix Valley (Les Houches). It combines the privacy of a personal home with the tailored services of a luxury hotel (Villa Manager, private chef, concierge) under the philosophy « The Art of Chilling ».
Where are the properties located and how do I get there?
Our accommodations are located in Les Houches, at the foot of the Mont-Blanc massif, just minutes from the cable cars and downtown Chamonix. We organize your private transfers from Chamonix / Saint-Gervais train station or Geneva Airport (GVA).

AO House offers three flexible properties that can be booked together or separately:

Yes. Every accommodation is equipped to welcome families (cozy living spaces, terrace, board games, children's equipment) with a babysitting service available upon request.
3. Business Retreats & Corporate Events (B2B)
What is the capacity for a corporate retreat or business seminar?
We host executive committees and residential retreats for up to 14 guests in private bedrooms (Chalet Pan Bena). For day meetings or breakout sessions, our adaptable spaces can accommodate up to 20 participants.
What work equipment is available in the meeting spaces?
The meeting spaces feature high-speed Wi-Fi (Fiber), presentation screens, flipcharts, and flexible work setups facing the mountains.
What team-building activities do you offer?
We arrange outdoor experiences (skiing, snowshoeing, hiking) or indoor activities (cooking classes, yoga and wellness sessions) tailored to your team's goals.
4. Hotel Services & Concierge
What is the role of the Villa Manager during the stay?
Your Villa Manager is your dedicated point of contact. They handle pre-arrival planning, welcome you on-site, and coordinate logistics (booking activities, transfers) to ensure a seamless stay.
Do you offer catering services (private chef, full board)?
Yes. Our private chef creates custom menus (breakfasts, lunches, dinners) using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients, whether for a family vacation or a corporate seminar.
What wellness services are available on site?
AO House offers in-house massage sessions, private yoga classes, and access to our relaxation areas for total rejuvenation in the mountains.
